Horlicks Quarter is the modern regeneration of the iconic Horlicks Factory site. New apartments set on landscaped streets surround an elegant modern park and lie adjacent to the refurbished listed Factory building. Creating a bold brand vision for the site meant fusing the heritage with the modern and using printing techniques, colours and special finishes to maximum effect. The famous rooftop factory sign, well-known in the area and passed regularly by London train commuters, gifted the visual identity.
